The term ‘Exercise Therapy’ describes the practice of prescribing specific exercises to achieve resolution of an injury or correct causative factors of said injury. Exercise Therapy is almost always a component of treatment at Body 360 Physiotherapy.
According to The American College of Sports Medicine adults should perform 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise a minimum of 5 times per week.
